Accessibility statement
WeMile helps families, schools, and workplace communities coordinate trusted carpools through the WeMile mobile app and the wemile.app website. We are committed to making our app and website accessible to people with disabilities.
Our goal
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA where practicable, including keyboard navigation, screen reader support, labeled forms, and sufficient color contrast on the WeMile app, wemile.app, and our school and workplace enrollment sites.
Measures we take
Skip link to main content
Visible keyboard focus on links, buttons, and form fields
Structured headings on key pages (FAQs, Terms, Privacy)
Accordion FAQ sections usable with keyboard and screen readers
Ongoing accessibility improvements on the app and website
Known limitations
Some third-party content (embedded videos, social widgets) may not fully meet WCAG. Large tables on school or workplace admin sites may require horizontal scrolling on small screens. We continue to improve these areas.
Feedback
If you encounter an accessibility barrier in the WeMile app or on wemile.app, email support@wemile.app. Tell us which page or screen you were using and what happened. We aim to respond within five business days.
